Welcome to Bellagio Estate! Designed by an understudy of Frank Lloyd Wright, Bellagio Estate was once the gracious home of a U.S. Ambassador, and has hosted many distinguished visitors, including the Kennedy's, Jimmy Carter, Harrison Ford and the Governor of the Virgin Islands.

Overview
With spectacular city and harbor views, five minutes from town and the Caribbean's best shopping, Bellagio has every amenity necessary for a fabulous vacation. Complete with private tennis court, pool with slide, outdoor bar, and games room including pool table and air hockey, Bellagio is perfect for a family, large gathering or the ultimate in privacy.

Gardens
Our tour starts with Bellagio's expansive grounds. Boasting some of the largest tropical plant specimens on the island, Bellagio's gardens are perfect for an afternoon stroll. Breadfruit, Flamboyant trees, coconut palms, mango, papaya, bamboo, and many more delight the senses. A courtyard-covered patio connects the gardens to the upper villa terrace, and provides a quiet peaceful place to escape the sun, have lunch, and enjoy the lush surroundings. Down the stairs, off the lower villa is the private tennis court, including a basketball net. A great place to enjoy the ocean view and have some fun.

Upper Villa Terrace and Kitchen
Directly as you enter the grounds, the courtyard opens into the upper terrace, with wicker furniture for sitting, a full dining area, and sunken garden. This is a superb place to enjoy the afternoon, and has a great view of the cruise ships departing in the evening. It really is indoors out!

Directly off the upper terrace is the upper kitchen. It is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. A patio off the back of the kitchen has another dining table with chairs, located in the garden for yet another dining experience in the tranquil garden.

Bedroom #2 and 3
Down the corridor, in the upper villa, are 3 bedrooms, all with an ocean view, air conditioning, safes for valuables and cable TV. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, decorated in faux finish. It shares a bath with bedroom #3, which has 2 twins, but can be converted to a king. Off the bedrooms is a screened in corridor, which opens on the back garden. On the other side of the garden is bedroom #1, which has a double bed, its own private bath, cable, and air conditioning.

Bedroom #4
Bedroom #4 is an expansive room, complete with air conditioning, cable TV, a safe and private bath. The best aspect though, is the balcony, which looks out to the ocean, and has a spiral staircase down to the lower patio near the pool.

Pool Area
Down the stairs, from the upper villa is the expansive pool, complete with slide, poolside full bathroom, and outside bar. Perfect for sunning and relaxing. Over by the breadfruit tree is a hammock for getting away from it all. Choose one of the many lounge chairs out in the sun, around the pool, surrounded by tropical plants. A perfect island oasis to get away from it all.

Lower Patio
Enjoy lunch under the lanai, or by the bar. When you need some shade, or want to sit back and view the action in the harbor, it is a perfect pass time in the afternoon.

Bedroom #5
Off the patio by the pool, is bedroom #5. A private bedroom, with private bath, king sized bed cable TV and air conditioning. Decorated in blue and white, bedroom #5 has a sliding doors out onto the pool deck and is very spacious.

Main House
Either through the sliding door by the poolside bar, or through the kitchen door, the main house if fully equipped for everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The lower kitchen has just been remodeled and is completely equipped with icemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. The great room has the best view, with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the city and into the harbor. Formally decorated with dark wood, mexican tile and an old world flare, the great room has a 10 seat dining set, telescope for viewing the cruise ships, and sliding doors out onto the patio.

The cottage is located a short walk from the main house and has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, cable TV, safe and a private porch with swing chairs.

Bedrooms #6 and 7
There are 2 bedrooms off the great room, bedroom #6 & #7. Each has cable TV, air conditioning, walk in closet and private bath. The bathrooms are both all in marble, with gold fixtures giving it an elegant feel. Off the back of the bedrooms is a large private patio for these bedrooms, providing a quiet nook for that afternoon snooze. Bedroom #7, has a fabulous ocean view. What a way to wake up.

Games and Media Room
Down the spiral staircase from the great room in the main house, is the games room. This room is perfect for the kids! A pool table, air hockey, media room, with DVD player and movie collection is perfect when you just need to escape the sun. Bedroom #8 is off the games room, and has a queen bed, with air conditioning, cable TV with VCR, ocean view and a full bathroom is located off the media room.
