Welcome to Sunset Villa! Your own private tropical paradise perched on the prestigious Peterborg peninsula of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. It enjoys spectacular panoramic views of both the Caribbean and Atlantic oceans, with fantastic swirls of Sunsets in the evening. Sunset is minutes from Magens Bay beach, one of the 10 best beaches in the world.

Overview
Our tour begins, with of course the view from our spacious pool. Comprised of 2 separate pavillions, Sunset offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and has complete privacy for the vacation of a lifetime.

Living Room
Our fist stop is the living room, dining room and kitchen. Crisp, colorful and casual, Sunset's living dining area is a perfect gathering place. Decorated in tropical colors, and accented with beautiful cedar beams above, the living room is outfitted with air conditioning, TV, DVD/VCR, stereo and a spectacular dual view, which encompasses both the Atlantic side, and Magens Bay. The open style kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, and icemaker, and allows you to never miss a thing in this island paradise.

Just outside the kitchen, is Sunset's upper deck, which has a gazebo and offers alfresco dining, with a great view.

Pool Area
Steps down from the upper deck is the swimming pool looking out over the ocean. This is the place to be! There are plenty of lounge chairs on the surrounding expansive deck for an island tan. Have lunch down by the pool. There is nothing like this island paradise.

Bedroom #1 - The Atlantic Room
Directly off the living area, is our first bedroom, named the Atlantic room, appropriately due to its spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the tropical Atlantic breeze that is second to none. Offering sliding doors out to the surrounding deck to enjoy the views even further, the Atlantic room features a queen sized bed, air conditioning, and shares a bathroom with the Bushwacker room, also located in the main pavillion.

Bedroom #2 - The Bushwacker Room
The Buschwacker room, located beside the Atlantic Room, and also off the living area in the main pavillion, has both an ocean and a garden view. With its own private sitting area, this little space of deck off the bedroom is a great place to curl up with an afternoon book. The Bushwacker room has a queen sized bed, air conditioning, and shares a bathroom with the Atlantic room, also located in the main villa.

Bedroom #3 - Bluebeard's Room
The Master bedroom is located slightly above the pool deck, and its sliding doors look out over the pool and the gorgeous view beyond. A second set of sliding doors opens out to a private sitting area, with a view of Magens Bay. A perfect place to just "Lime" - which in the islands means "to sit back and just do nothing.". Bluebeard's room is fully equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and its own private full bath.

Bedroom #4 - Coqui Room
On the other side of the second pavillion, off the upper deck, with its own private entrance, is the Coqui room, furnished with twin beds (or a king, your choice!), fully air conditioned, and its own full bathroom. The Coqui room also looks over the pool, providing a fun, sunny view.
